Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) & Youth Programs –

Goals:

1. Recruit candidates from Lake View and Central High Schools to represent the San Angelo Rotary Club at RYLA.
2. Select, sponsor, and provide transportation for two Lake View and Central student to attend RYLA.

Goals:

1. Provide monthly reminders at weekly meetings and in the Brand to display Rotarian magazines in reception area of business, or distribute to other public locations.

Goals:

1. Provide new media advance notice of significant events/speakers involving the San Angelo Rotary Club.
2. Assist news media when they attend a meeting or an event of the San Angelo Rotary Club.
3. Provide news media follow up reports on significant events, including providing digital images and cut lines of those events to the San Angelo Standard Times Go or Seen sections.
4. Provide media news releases and other publicity for fund raising efforts.
5. Provide other publicity services as the San Angelo Rotary Club may require.

1. Review options for Interact clubs at Central and/or Lakeview and present recommendations to board for action.

1. Present a program regarding organ donations.
2. Promote awareness of the need for organ donations among members and their families.
3. Provide organ donation registration information to members.
